Supporting Students Working in Multicultural Groups summarises key insights from a review of national and international literature alongside internal research into student experiences of working in diverse group settings. The report highlights the opportunities and challenges students encounter in multicultural teams and draws on evidence from University of Leeds practices and LITE Fellow projects to identify where support can be strengthened. It offers early recommendations to enhance inclusive group work and improve student learning experiences, with further exploration planned as the work develops.
